,We are looking for a campaign management specialist to drive credit card usage, increase customer engagement and customer lifetime value through effective connection tools. As a campaign management specialist, you will be responsible for understanding, designing, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of promotion/marketing campaigns through effective promotional management tools such as ZNS, Email, SMS…If you are looking for opportunities to enhance your experience in customer understanding & effective portfolio management, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs regarding usage needs with Credit Cards;
- Research competitor engagement & usage campaigns;
- Design engagement & usage campaigns to motivate customers to usage more on credit cards and become more loyal, reducing card cancellation rates;
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement usage campaigns to customers;
- Measure and manage effective campaigns;
- Manage the customer journey with Credit card products;
- Research competitor's customer journey;
- Manage customer interaction channels effectively;
- Implement interactive campaigns to increase customer engagement;
- Effectively measure and manage engagement campaigns
Requirements
- Have at least 02 years of experience with incentive campaign management activities at Banks or e-commerce platforms.
- Have experience in implementing and managing campaigns and engagements with customers on the CRM system and other communication channels.
- Understand credit card or consumer lending products.
- Understand campaign management tools (CRM, ZNS, Digital marketing platform…)
- Experience in retail marketing activities.
- Extreme ownership by doing beyond the scope of work for a successful business.
- Hungry for new knowledge.
- Work well with colleagues across the organization and recognize the importance of cross-functional communication.
- Capability to zoom in & out a problem.
- Effective problem - solving skills under pressure with a strong sense of customer empathy and rapid & precise responses.
- Hard working with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Native Vietnamese speaker with excellent English fluency.
