We are seeking a dedicated Director/Associate Director of Sales who will be at the forefront of our transition into Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) financial solutions. In this leadership role, you'll spearhead our sales strategy, guiding the team to forge strategic partnerships with forward-thinking banks and revolutionize the financial landscape through AGI.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a winning sales strategy for AGI financial solutions:
    • Craft a comprehensive sales plan focused on AGI solutions, identifying high-value targets and market opportunities.
    • Lead the development of impactful sales materials and presentations to effectively communicate the transformative power of AGI in finance.
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers at leading banks:
    • Lead the team in cultivating strategic partnerships with senior management at target banks.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of AGI and its potential to unlock new avenues for financial inclusion. 
  • Driving significant revenue growth:
    • Set ambitious sales goals and hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving them.
    • Develop data-driven strategies to maximize sales performance and exceed targets. 
  • Leading and motivating a high-performing Account Management team:
    • Recruit, develop, and coach top talent, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
    • Set clear goals, provide strategic direction, and empower your team to achieve exceptional sales results.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in the financial services or technology sector
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of retail banking, credit risk management, and the emerging AGI landscape
  • Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies for complex solutions
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on influencing C-suite executives
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to sales planning and performance management
  • Passion for innovation and a relentless drive to push boundaries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Can travel on a regular basis between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (this is for position AM in Hanoi only)
  • Nice to have:
    • History of winning contracts for AI/ML programs
    • Experience with and understanding of AI and Machine Learning
    • Experience in organising high-visibility customer events (conferences, product launches, etc.)
