How you will make an impact in this role:

In this role as the Director of Product, you will significantly impact the organization through strategic leadership and innovative product management. By spearheading the development and execution of the product strategy for the ALICE Customer Engagement platform, you will contribute to the overall growth and success of the business. Your ability to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize market insights will be pivotal in delivering a scalable and market-leading product. Additionally, your leadership and mentorship will foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within the product team, ensuring that the ALICE platform remains competitive and at the forefront of industry advancements.

What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for the ALICE Customer Engagement platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization, development, to launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver a scalable and market-leading product.
  • Utilize market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to drive product enhancements and new feature development.
  • Establish and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market demands and customer needs.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.

What you will need to have 

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in building Enterprise SaaS products, preferably within the AI domain.
  • Proven experience in delivering scalable products, with a track record of successful product launches and optimizations.
  • Willingness to (re)locate to Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) to spearhead our product initiatives.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Vietnamese to facilitate effective communication with local teams and stakeholders.
  • Advanced degrees in technical fields, providing a deep understanding of underlying technical concepts.
  • Technical experience in AI or related fields, demonstrating a strong grasp of emerging technologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to AI/Generative AI, showcasing an understanding of advanced AI capabilities and their potential applications within the product landscape.
