What you will lead, own and create growth:

  • Be your own team and build your own team in due course
  • Build a solid trust in Trusting Social with a coherent corporate brand identity and distinct brand positioning. In a lean startup process like ours, you are expected to have an overview of the business to create essential branding moves that best reflect the company’s interests.
  • Establish Trusting Social as an industry leader through Thought Leadership content and omnichannel activities. You must hold the ability to own and facilitate the conversation around AI and "financial inclusion" across channels. 
  • Drive new marketing qualified leads through viable marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will be working closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales process with content marketing, marketing automation, and other digital activations.
  • Improve the win-rate with optimized sales kits, marketing materials, business proposals, and templates. You will be the person-in-charge to continuously build-up, maintain, and optimize our sales support assets to match up with our new business and product developments.
  • Make clients aware of our full range of products and solutions by working closely with product managers and the sales team. As our innovative teams keep launching new products, you and the marketing team will be the launchpad for them.
  • Build a scalable, business-driven marketing platform with an optimized website and social media channels. You will be the one who owns our strategic digital assets, set up the right tones of voice that help prospective clients to discover us online.
  • Provide insightful market intelligence, client insights, market overview, and help create forecasting. From firmographic to client persona, you will develop the market perspectives that can define our strategic clients and opportunities. 
  • Inspire and recruit top talent for Trusting Social. Provide guidelines, consult, and support for employee branding and engagement and internal communication. From recruitment campaigns to town-hall meetings, your creativity will connect and empower people across our organization.
  • Support the lean startup process with new ideas on products and solutions. Your marketing perspectives are essential for us to create and iterate new products and solutions. 
  • Build an effective PR process that can handle complex internal and external communications, from promoting the business to contingency situations. Go beyond writing up press releases - your role is to cut through the media noises and keep our angles in front of the press.

Who we are looking for:

  • At least 5-8 years of professional experience in all areas of Marketing Communications, including owned, earned and paid media, with a proven track record in the successful implementation of the following : 
    • Editorial calendar development
    • Corporate communications and reputation management
    • Public relations and media outreach
    • Market research, analysis, marketing plan development, and execution
    • Comprehensive digital marketing [as described above]. Digital Marketing Certifications will be a plus.
    • Visual communications and collateral development. 
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite will be a plus.
  • Having a strong foundation on B2B inbound/ content marketing and marketing automation, CRM software, and (Hubspot, Zoho, etc...)
  • Pose a strong analytical and strategic mindset that can come up with new initiatives based on data. A willingness to experiment and understand how A/B testing works.
  • Some subject knowledge of consumer finance, risk assessment, credit scoring, big data, artificial intelligence topics will be a plus. 
  • Creative communicator with an ability to work across multiple channels, including written communications, video, social media, visual content.
  • Graduate degree preferably in liberal arts, communications, journalism, marketing, business. 
  • Strong project management skills as well as being a team player, having high communication and advisory skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders is essential for the role.
  • Dynamic and proven self-starter who is able to work independently and within a team. Experience working in a multi-cultural and diverse international environment
  • Must be fluent in English, Vietnamese. 
  • This professional will be based in Ho Chi Minh City and will report to the VP of Operations.
