Responsibilities
- Assume ownership of P&L for enterprise sales in Vietnam.
- Oversees Enterprise Sales team to drive wide and deep adoption of Trusting Social products by FIs Vietnam
- Responsible for the product roadmap for Enterprise business
- Ensuring smooth integration and flawless execution of committed products and services to clients
Requirements
The Head of Enterprise Sales must have in-depth knowledge of Banking and Consumer Finance Risk, Operations and Products (secured, unsecured and consumer lending) and extensive experience in setting the sales & business partnering strategy for such products:
- At least 10 years of experience in banking and financial services
- At least 5 years of experience in managing P&L of at least $1 million per annum with high growth
- At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales to the banking industry
- Have uncompromising ethics and the willingness to take a stand with line management on business decisions from a financial perspective and business conduct.
- Extensive network in the banking industry in Vietnam
- Self-confidence to deal effectively at the highest levels
- Deep understanding of applications of technology in modern banking
- Good business sense and the ability to develop an understanding of the bank’s products and dynamics in the market.
- Excellent in communication and public speaking in both English and Vietnamese
- Nice to have: advanced degree or working experience in developed countries
- Can travel on a regular basis between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
