What you will do:

As our Country Director for Trusting Social Vietnam, you will:

  • Deliver on the 2025 vision for Trusting Social Vietnam.
  • Manage the P&L of Trusting Social Vietnam.
  • Oversee the Enterprise Sales team to drive widespread adoption of Trusting Social products by Financial Institutions in Vietnam.
  • Manage product roadmap for Enterprise business.
  • Oversee client relationship management and ensure faultless execution of committed products and services.
  • Establish and manage commercial relationships with lenders and distribution partners.
  • Oversee operations of the revenue-sharing lending business.
  • Handle compliance and regulations, maintaining strong relationships with the State Bank of Vietnam.
  • Represent Trusting Social in key industry forums and events.
  • Oversee finance, HR, and operation functions for Vietnam.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in banking and financial services.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a P&L of at least $10 million per annum in a high-growth setting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales in the banking industry.
  • Extensive network in the banking industry in Vietnam at the C-level.
  • Deep understanding of applications of technology in modern banking.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Ability to travel weekly between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
