What you need to do:

  • Lead integrated marketing programs from start to finish overseeing strategic direction, creative, execution, goal development and measurement to achieve revenue goals
  • Responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
  • Partner with vertical, product and sales leadership to create effective program and go-to-market strategies and launch campaigns across the marketing funnel
  • Collaborate with marketing leaders and teams, including public relations, events, social, and demand generation, to develop and execute strategic marketing plan for the insurance vertical
  • Ensure marketing plan and strategy - including key messaging, positioning, budget and measurable objectives - are in alignment with overall enterprise and business unit goals
  • Establishing go-to-market strategy for applicable new product launches and initiatives
  • Developing successful go-to-market programs to ensure organisational readiness to sell and achieve product revenue objectives, with an emphasis in sales engagement tool and strategy development
  • Developing compelling and quantifiable value propositions and product messaging for go-to-market activities
  • Tracking key performance indicators to monitor and enhance product marketing effectiveness
  • Represent the company in a good and positive way

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in marketing
  • Has strong background working in Fintech Industry
  • Excellent English communication skills; both oral and written
  • Experience in leading and managing social media campaigns, content marketing, email marketing, and influencer management
