We are looking for 02 experienced HR Business Partners (HRBP) to join our team. As an HRBP, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business units, aligning the people strategy with the business strategy. You will be responsible for driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development within your assigned department(s). This role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with and influence leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives within the assigned department(s), including performance management, career development, and recognition programs
  • Identify and address employee relations issues, working closely with department leaders and the HR team to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment
  • Facilitate change management processes within the assigned department(s), helping employees navigate organizational changes and supporting leaders in driving transformation
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the assigned department(s)
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure consistency and alignment of HR initiatives across the organization
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in HR, preferably with experience as an HR generalist or HRBP
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence leadership
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the fintech or technology industry
